This is my last ditch effort to get the guys to replace Behind Those Eyes with a new song or Changes at shows......and on Myspace. Im not saying it's a bad song....just in comparison....I would choose 20 other songs they don't play that are awesome. Plus to end with it before the encore is kind of a downer I would think? I vote for Give It To Me to replace it. Anyone feel the same or am I alone?

Yeah, I mean I know that they have to play their hits, but that's basically what their whole concert is. I would love some to hear some of their songs that don't always make it to the radio. :)

I don't think ending before the encore with Behind Those Eyes is a downer at all.

I think the guys (and this is my opinion) as well as myself love that final bit of the song where they're all up around Greg on the platform to end it.

I also understand the 'they play only hits' comment. However, you have to understand that most people who just hear the guys from day to day on the radio come to hear exactly that...the hits.

Believe me I am totally with you on wanting to maybe see some of the older hits be replaced with either new stuff or songs that didn't make it to hits.

There's always both sides to a coin though.:)

Oh yeah, I completely understand that. :) It would be nice to have a mixture, though.

oh I get that too.....they need to sell tickets and their hits need to be played. I am questioning whether Behind Those Eyes is a hit at all. I know it was released.....but did it do well? I would consider Here By Me a bigger hit off that album. Actually I think that might be my least favorite song off that album.

Well, over here Behind Those Eyes ain't a single and also some of the others songs aren't singles.

At the 2006 concert I went to, Behind Those Eyes DEFINITELY was one of the many highlights and favorite moments. The energy they put on was overwhelming and Todd was hilarious. ^^

I would love it if they would vary their songs at different concerts though.

I absolutely LOVE Behind Those Eyes! I also LOVE that they play it before the encore because there is sooo much energy in the last part. Plus, I feel like the performance is so heartfelt and emotional (Brad really belts it out). They all really rock out on this song ... it's so great live! I am really glad that they play it!

It got to number 25 on the US Modern Rock chart, and 12 on the mainstream rock chart. Here By Me was 81 on the Pop 100 and 24 on the Adult Top 40.

we'll I am going tomorrow...so I guess I will see. The only time I heard it was in pittsburgh 2 years ago....I wasn't that impressed. I do remember that was the first I heard It's Not My Time (I Won't Go at the time)....it was the best song I ever heard.....A long wait well worth it.

Instead of replacing Behind Those Eyes, which TOTALLY kicks ass btw, they should get rid of the ballads at shows.

sure I understand that they play HWY, that`s ok and I pretty much like that song too. but get rid of the other slow stuff...

I personally would like that.....but most people who aren't hardcore fans are drawn in by those songs..ya know.

If I could create a setlist this would be mine

Duck and Run
Kryponite
The Better Life
Give It To Me
When It's Over
Going Down In Flames
Changes
The Road I'm On
Let Me Be Myself

I would love to hear only their rocking songs too but not only are they hits but I would assume they also give the guys a little breather.

I love Behind Those Eyes but would love to hear some other stuff as well...if only they could play for like 4 hours!!!

a breather? their fastest stuff is not really fast...

think of metal bands...they play so fast...they would have to die on stage if you argue like that lol:p

They moved It!!!!!!! They put Behind Those Eyes where It's Not My Time was. Played Loser before the encore. Then played INMT as first encore. That is way better.....I wonder if I had something to do with it....LOL.

OMG I couldn't have said that better myself. The ending to this song is so exsplosive that it gives me chills. I say keep it for as long as the fans want it. It's a great way to end an already outstanding show.

i agree with what Holly said..the ending where they're all on the platform around Greg ROCKS..its extremely high energy and literally gives me chills..its amazing!!..and as far as taking out the ballads..i personally love the ballads, because they all hold special meaning to me..i consider myself a hardcore 3DD fan (and yes, i love the harder songs like going down in flames, changes, & duck & run...etc...but i also like the variation in the show they have now..its a little of everything...just my 2 cents tho

i LOVE that they play Behind Those Eyes and I hope they never stop playing it. the song itself is good but the way the guys play it live is amazing. i've taken a friend to see 3DD twice and both times he thought behind those eyes was hands down the best live song. brad is obviously very into that song and his energy is contagious. Behind Those Eyes isn't my favorite song but I LOVE it live

Speaking of the energetic live performance of Behind Those Eyes ... you can see it in the clip in the newish v-log, where Greg just kills those drums as Brad belts out the lyrics. Very Awesome.
